CONTROL 4C is a vibrant Afrofuturist short set in Lagos, following Teni, an ambitious stylist preparing for a career-changing interview abroad. Frustrated with her natural hair and the unpredictability of the city, she seeks a quick transformation at a closed neighborhood salon.
A commuting student leaves behind a core item to her childhood (A teddy bear) at the airport. The story shows the truth of letting go- you can always return to retrieve but also return better- renewed by a new experience.
An animated short exploring getting unready as a disrupted ritual. A girl moves through the familiar motions of preparing to go out layering warmth, anticipation, and rhythm — before the sequence collapses. The transformation never completes. The party exists only in a dream. She wakes back into winter stillness.
